There have been lots of studies showing the benefits of turmeric; I have personally experienced it’s anti-inflammatory benefits for myself. Just like any other herb, there are many ways you can take this supplement…..The most delicious of these is through a mango, turmeric smoothie bowl.
- 1/4 tsp GROUND TURMERIC
- 1 frozen banana
- 5 small chunks of frozen mango
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cashew milk (add more for desired thickness)
- unsweetened shredded coconut (optional topping)
DIRECTIONS- Mix first four ingredients and top with shredded coconut….mmmmm.
