Do you know the PH of your food???
I began researching this subject after a year a fatigue and headaches. I know that I lean towards the acidic side, because of my love of coffee, and the fact I am an omnivore. I have learned that I can still have those things, as long as I balance my diet with alkaline food. One of my favorite things to do is incorporate a leafy green in every meal, the other is to make alkalizing juices and smoothies.
This is the easiest and most affordable juice that I make. It includes 3 ingredients: Celery, cucumber, and an apple. Cucumber and Celery are both alkaline, and they make a lot of juice. Make sure to peel apple and cucumber if the aren’t organic.
I use the Black & Decker Fruit and Vegetable Extractor, and it works like a champ!!
